East Lansing Varsity Soccer team played a very hard working and strong Haslett team today with East Lansing holding a small lead at the half, 2-1. However East Lansing came out in the 2nd half on fire up and scoring 4 goals in less then 5 minutes into the 2nd Half. Haslett was able to score 2 more goals in the 2nd half but only to lose to East Lansing in the end, 9-3 final. East Lansing improved its record to 5-0-0. Net game up is at home verses Williamston on Tuesday 9/3/13. The games after that are Wednesday at home verses Jackson High School and Home again on Saturday verses Detroit Country Day. The JV team also defeated Haslett 4-0 and improved their record to 4-0-0. Our Freshmen team traveled to Grand Rapids Unity Christian tonight and pulled out a 3-2 win and giving our East Lansing Trojan soccer teams yet another clean sweep again tonight. The freshmen improved their record also to 4-0-0.
