Multiple Teams · TJ Duckett’s, Battlefield Brawl

Hello All,

2015 Battlefield Brawl, taking the field for kids battling life threatening illness.

Battlefield Brawl was created in 2009 by its founder, Todd Duckett a former MSU and NFL running back, who’s watched several family members battle cancer. Co-founder, Justine Caine, a local business owner who’s also a childhood cancer survivor.

This year on April 26th we will hold the 6th Annual Battlefield Brawl at Marshall Park in Lansing, MI, this event  is designed to join teams of average Jane’s and Joe’s with local celebrities and past MSU athletes, where they compete together in a 7 on 7 flag football tournament.

Battlefield Brawl is a fundraiser that supports the Oldham Project; a program that gives children, fighting life threatening illnesses, a day where they can forget about their battle and just have fun. The Oldham Project offers free professional photography sessions for these children and their families.

I am writing to invite you, all your students and their families to this wonderful fun filled FREE family day! The day is filled with laughter and good solid competition!! We will be featuring our X-Factors, such as  Andre Hudson, Mateen, Cleaves, Todd “TJ” Duckett, Little John Flowers and many many more. They will be playing on a team, but also available for photographs and autographs all day! Can you please get this out in your announcements and on your social media! We want all the local communities to come and enjoy this day with us! I have attached a flyer and also a video from last years event. Please let me know if you are able to do this!

On another note, Todd & Andre want to get any of your standout student/athletes on their teams, as Jr. X-Factors.  If you have any student/athletes that might be interested in playing side by side some of the greats, let me know and we can get them on a team!

Warm Regards,
