EAST LANSING- The Trojan girls soccer team fought back but could find the equalizer and fell to the Parma Western Panthers 2-1.
After surrendering two goals in the first half, the Trojans came out strong in the second half. Midway through the half Julia Chenault scored her forth goal of the season on an a tremendous corner ball from Raegan Ooten. .
The Trojans saw strong performances from Ella Lavey, Madylen Greene and Sasha Rosa to help fuel the comeback.
Emily Everest had three saves in net in the first half and Hope Dwyer had one save in the second half.
East Lansing will take on Mt. Pleasant in the consolation game of the East Lansing Tournament. East Lansing is 2-2 and 0-0 in the CAAC Blue.
