East Lansing Trojans Varsity fought back after falling down by seven runs in the eighth inning. The comeback fell just short though, in an 18-16 defeat to Waverly on Monday. East Lansing Trojans Varsity scored five runs in the failed comeback on a walk by Marisa David, a error, a sacrifice fly by Alexis Johnson, a single by Courtney Bertsch, and a walk by Corinne Nichols.
