East Lansing Trojans Varsity Claims Blow Out Win Over Lansing Everett Thanks To First Inning Boost
East Lansing Trojans Varsity knocked in ten runs in the first on its way to a 16-1 victory over Lansing Everett on Wednesday. East Lansing Trojans Varsity batters contributing to the big inning included Amelia Arnold, Gracie Danziger, Ellie Myron, Corinne Nichols, Amelia Elkins, and Megan Nichols, all driving in runs in the inning.
In the first inning, East Lansing Trojans Varsity got their offense started when Arnold doubled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring one run.
Myron got the start for East Lansing Trojans Varsity. She allowed two hits and one run over four innings, striking out three.
